Forms include: Name, address and whether the member wishes to be an annual member or life subscriber. Membership forms from number 2675 onwards include additional information of the members voluntary history with the WVS/WRVS including: how long they have been a member, whether they hold a HQ appointment, any work they were doing with WRVS and what office they were attached to. Membership forms from 7501 (03/12/1992) also include the members date of birth.
Some forms are accompanied by the letters which were enclosed with them. Within the box 'Membership forms 0001-7000' there is also a list of missing membership forms which includes the members surname and membership number. |
